Steven Negron is a witness in at least two of Jeremy Dewitte’s 11 felony cases. Steven Negron is also employed by Metro-State Special Services.
In The Witness we discussed Steven Negron’s consolidated felony case. Negron was charged with extortion, grand theft 3rd degree and false imprisonment. He was accused of extorting a hookah bar owner named Mohammad.
His alleged co-conspirators were Sean Brijmohan and Constantine Tanada who were also employed by Metro-State Special Services.
Constantine Tanada is not a witness for the State in any of Jeremy Dewitte’s current felony cases. However Tanada has also been accused of impersonating law enforcement.
The victim in the 2018 false imprisonment case accused Constantine Tanada of flashing a badge and stating he was a federal agent. In 2016 Tanada was arrested and charged with falsely impersonating a police officer and unlawful use of a police badge in Osceola County.
On November 16, 2016 Constantine Tanada began his supervised probation after agreeing to a plea. He was facing five years in prison and he was given four years of felony probation.
Two months before he was arrested for extortion, grand theft 3rd degree and false imprisonment, Tanada violated his felony probation.
On February 15, 2018, Constantine Tanada was arrested in Bristol, Virginia. He fled Saint Cloud, Florida and became a fugitive from justice after violating his felony probation.
In Virginia he attempted to run out of the back of a house where he was met by police officers. Constantine Tanada then ran back into the home and was taken into police custody.
Today Constantine Tanada owns a fitness company and he does not appear to have any open criminal cases.
