***Update June 9, 2020 at 6:27 p.m. EST***
We’ve been closely monitoring Jeremy Dewitte’s latest arraignment hearing for five of his 11 felony cases.

Yesterday at 3:30 p.m. Jeremy Dewitte had an arraignment hearing with Judge Renee Roche.

Jeremy Dewitte failed to appear to this arraignment hearing and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

One hour and 12 minutes after his hearing defense attorney Amir Ladan e-filed an appearance.

Amir Ladan also filed a motion to quash the warrant on June 9, 2020.

It is now up to the judge to make the next decision about Jeremy Dewitte’s bond revocation.

We usually post during the weekdays at 8:00 a.m. EST but since there may be updates with the case posts may be uploaded at any time.***

On March 15, 2020 we discussed three of the motor officers employed by Metro-State Special Services. Randall Brocius is a co-defendant in one of the 11 felony cases against Jeremy Dewitte. Jessica Bolden was a business associate and Jeremy Dewitte’s alleged mistress. Steven Negron is a Metro-State employee and a witness for the State.

Alec Ringdahl is also employed with Metro-State as a motor officer. Ringdahl is allegedly an employee who has taken the leadership position Jeremy Dewitte is no longer able to fill. Alec Ringdahl uses the screen name APR1125.

On July 9, 2011 Alec Ringdahl’s mother, Carrie, filed a police report against Ringdahl claiming he was living in her home and refused to work full-time, complete his GED or contribute towards the bills.

Carrie claimed she asked Alec Ringdahl to leave her home and he allegedly told her she would have to evict him. Carrie told the officers Ringdahl’s father had a history of repeat evictions and he had shown his son how to con the system. Carrie was also concerned because Alec Ringdahl was wearing a bulletproof vest everyday and appeared to be obsessed with weapons.

After a heated argument Carrie told police officers Ringdahl tried to kick in the front door and he threatened to spray her with pepper spray. Alec Ringdahl was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and criminal mischief.

Charges were filed against Alec Ringdahl on August 8, 2011 and officially dropped against him on October 20, 2011.

Ringdahl’s last brush with the law was in 2014 when he was accused of concealing knives by arresting officer Deputy Edward F. Kelly, Jr.

Ringdahl was ordered to pay fines and attend Community Service and a Weapons Class.

We recently spoke to Jeremy Dewitte’s ex, Jennifer, about her attendance at the George Floyd protests, Jeremy Dewitte’s Black Lives Matter support and her recent encounter with Metro-State Special Services.

We also listened to your feedback and hopefully we have provided better audio quality. This is something we are working on.
