Jeremy Dewitte was arrested on December 8, 2020 at approximately 3:00 PM by Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. The deputies alleged Jeremy Dewitte failed to register his out-of-state travels to Los Angeles, California for a taping at the Dr. Phil Show.
Sex offenders are required to inform the sheriff’s office when they are traveling out of the state or when they are visiting a location for more than three consecutive days. Osceola County Sheriff’s Office claims Jeremy Dewitte vacationed in California from November 1, 2020 to November 5, 2020.
During Jeremy Dewitte’s initial appearance the presiding judge ordered a $1,500 bond for the felony charge. Prosecutors attempted to revoke Dewitte’s bond today but a hearing was scheduled for a later date instead. Jeremy Dewitte was released. One of the conditions of Jeremy Dewitte’s release is he may not leave Orange or Osceola County.
